Steven Newton is a multi-award winning flautist and sound healer. His music sends you into various levels of relaxation and often prompts an emotional response.
Steven particularly enjoys World Music Genres and Meditative interludes which foster improved mental wellbeing and unites people through the culture of their music.
Influenced by musicians such as Autumns Child, Mark Church and Douglas Bluefeather, Steven tries to push the limits of the flute and create fusion of sounds.
His first album Painted Faces was released in 2011 and received widespread support after being picked up by the New World Music record label. Dream Walking followed in 2014 and Standing Circles in 2019 – which won a Global Music award Silver medal.
Since then Steven has released several singles including Resurgence, Black Wolf, Crazy Horse Mountain and many more.
When he’s not making music, Steven enjoys martial arts and walking in the woods talking to the trees.
